The drop in readers or reach makes sense because now only the members can read our paywalled articles. I am paywalling only those articles that I think are my best works and can appeal to the member community here on Medium.

I am starting to see numbers accumulate but very slowly, which again is expected at this level.

What I would suggest everyone to do is — Try to increase your level as a writer, write stories not just paragraphs. Make your content worthy enough so that the people who are paying, find it attractive enough to read.
