This is all great, but when is the partner program coming to India? (for real this time..)

I think it was supposed to launch by the end of the year, but all we got was a bug.. that allowed us to paywall our articles for a while before you guys removed it. (or should I say fixed?)

If there are issues in paying the people of India, why are there no issues in getting payed by the people of India??
